Overview
This time management training session helps delegates identify their time management issues and results in an action plan to positively deal with these issues.
The session consists of tips, techniques, and activities to enable delegates to make the best use of their time.
This fun, friendly, fully interactive online training session will also help delegates apply prioritisation and goal setting techniques to their work, as well as develop strategies for controlling interruptions and personal organisation.

This course is well suited to any member, officer or council employee who potentially could benefit from managing their time more efficiently.

Learning Objectives (success criteria)
By the end of the course delegates will have identified their key time management issues. Delegates will have identified their personal style in relation to time management.
Delegates will be able to apply prioritisation and goal setting techniques to their work and will have developed strategies for controlling interruptions and personal organisation.
Delegates will produce a personal time management action plan for implementation in the workplace.
