Some people seem to be naturally confident while others are terrified by the idea of making a presentation.

This fun, friendly, fully interactive, and highly participatory online training session equips you with a number of highly effective techniques to boost your confidence levels and control your nerves and to help you begin your journey to become more confident in the workplace.

  • Helping others with low confidence in the workplace.
  • Summary, conclusion and action plan.

By the end of this course, delegates will understand what emotional intelligence is and why its more important than ever in 2025.
