1x 3 hour, Online course (via Teams or Zoom) with a professional trainer and a maximum group size of 16 people.
Overview
Your council produces thousands of written communications each year, including blogs, articles, news updates, newsletters, social media posts, press releases and other written communications.
This means hundreds of thousands of words are digested by your residents each year, yet few councils spend any time educating their staff and members on how to write engaging, informative, entertaining copy which will appeal to a broad section of your residents.
