Building personal resilience at work is a practical, evidence-based 3-hour workshop designed to help local government staff strengthen their personal resilience in the face of workplace demands, change, and pressure. Through interactive activities and real-world tools, participants will learn what resilience really means, how to spot early signs of stress, and how to build the emotional and mental agility needed to stay focused and well under pressure.
