Councils and other local government organisations can purchase a range of courses in bulk. Once we know who you want to attend, we work with them directly whilst keeping you updated with progress and feedback.

How does Bulk Booking Work?
Once your council or organisation has purchased one of our "bulk booking" packages, we will send you a unique booking code. This booking code will allow you to book courses online and free of charge until you have used up your allowance.
Alternatively if you prefer, you can bulk book via telephone or email and our admin team will process the bookings on your behalf.
Is there any admin support to help us with the booking process?
Yes, you can email or call us at any time (9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday) and we will help with your bookings. Our professional team will quickly resolve any issues you have.
What if we need to cancel or rearrange our training sessions?
Just let us know and we will amend or cancel your booking. We are happy to cancel or amend up to 20% of your bookings free of charge. However, we will charge a small admin fee per booking if you are cancelling and amending on more that 20% of your bookings (on a very regular basis).
What happens once I book a member of staff onto one of your courses?
Once you have booked a member of staff onto one of our courses, we will communicate directly with them.
We will send them a booking confirmation, and 48 hours before the start of the course we will send them Zoom meeting invitations and email course handbooks and course materials.
How do we know if your courses are delivering what you promise?
At the end of each course we will send the delegate a feedback questionnaire.
At the end of each month, we will ask you for an online meeting. During this meeting we will report on the training we have delivered to your staff, and the feedback we received. This monthly meeting makes us accountable, and is a fantastic way to ensure we are delivering what we promise.
Do you offer bespoke or in-house training?
Yes, if you have a large number of delegates who want to attend the same course, we are happy to set up a bespoke or tailor made session unique to your organisation.

Yes, we would be very happy to tender for any L&D projects. Please send us an email with the details.
